Child abuse leaves its mark on the body. Do you feel safe in your own body when you are between people or in certain situations? Do you sometimes have sudden sensations or do you not like it and do not dare say it when you are touched? Do you dare to feel and remember it or does it confuse you. As a child your body has been abused against your feelings and these sensations express it self by means of bodily numbness and complaints. To heal you have to feel and experience unity again somewhere between psyche, feelings and body.
